Mas Huix is located in a privileged, secluded setting between mountains and forests, with stunning panoramic views Ideal for celebrations, weddings, family and business gatherings, and retreats, where you can disconnect and enjoy the tranquility and nature with the comfort of a restored and fully equipped farmhouse. 10 rooms with private bathroom + 1 bridal suite (available for weddings only) Maximum capacity: 28 people (depending on layout) Parties: maximum 40 guests The space Privacy. The house is rented exclusively to a single group, and they do not share any spaces or outdoor areas with other people. Ideal spaces for celebrations: grassy field with pergola and dome, porches, swimming pool, gazebo, terrace in front of the house with panoramic views. Activities on the same property: mini-golf, soccer and basketball court, pétanque, boley ball net, etc. The decoration, furniture, lighting and styling shown in the photos of previous weddings at Mas Huix are not part of the property. These items are rented individually by each couple from external suppliers for their own celebration. Guest access Includes: • Bed linen and towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person). • Fully equipped kitchen • Dishwasher and washing machine. • Basic cleaning supplies for the first two days of the stay. • Cooking utensils and household items. Note: • The towels provided are for bathroom use only and may not be used in the pool. • Guests must bring their own pool towels during spring and summer. • No tablecloths or napkins are provided. Does not include: The rental price does not include: • Event furniture or equipment. • Decor. • Catering service. • Wedding equipment or accessories. • Housekeeping during your stay. • Change of bed linens or towels. • Pool towels. • Personal toiletries. All the services and equipment needed for the event must be contracted separately. The chapel will only be open on the day of the wedding. For the rest of the stay, the chapel will remain closed. Other things to note The house is located in the mountains, 20 minutes from the center of the town of Santa Coloma de Farners (Girona), and you have to drive up a 4-kilometer (2.5-mile) forest road. The forest road is maintained and can be driven up with any type of car. It is precisely this remoteness that sets the house apart, as it will allow you to “disconnect” from it all and enjoy nature and the panoramic views afforded by the setting. During the stay, there will be no housekeeping service, and the price does not include housekeeping or a change of sheets or towels during the stay. Before the end of their stay, guests must leave all furniture, fixtures, and games in the house where they found them. Please leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean, the refrigerators clean and free of food scraps, and the trash collected, properly recycled, and placed in closed bags.
