This is a large and nice house. In a family-friendly area, there is a large garden. And a large and nice terrace with pavilion, pool and trampoline. It is very cozy to sit and sunbathe and relax. No smoking inside. There are cats on the property. Everything you need is nearby. Bla City south, and bus to the city center. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the nearest Coop Prix. The space Trondheim is a very nice city, a city that has a lot of variety and offers a lot. Lots of bus departures to and from the city center. City south is within walking distance. Guest access The 1st floor is used. In the 1st floor there is a hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, a toilet room, and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Single bed. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Bedroom 3: Child/junior bed. ~ The basement is not part of the rental. Other things to note There are cats living in the house. They are very kind and love cuddles, and they are very fond of children. The area is a child/family friendly area.
