Our facilities consist of three bedrooms. The two bedrooms are situated on the second storey and one is downstairs of our ulin floor home. Its consisted with a self contained kitchen, two bathroom to share, dining room for your need. Its in the middle of the city and only 15 minutes to the airport. Superb location. The nightly price is for 1 bedroom only. As per 15th of September 2018, we are opening a cafe on the same floor. We do serve a real Indonesia coffee for you to try as well. The space Its on the second storey of our beautiful colonial home. The veranda is overlooking the Balikpapan sea. The apartment itself is part of our home, cafe and gallery. So you can stay, have a coffee and shop as well. Another room is open at ground floor. Separate bathroom and toilet but other facilities remains the same. Guest access Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and verandah. Also free parking. During your stay Someone will greet you with the key but I have a day maid and night guard who will be there for your need. Other things to note The apartment is located in the same building with our furniture and coffee shop. So, you will meet my employees during the day. Ichank is the shop manager who will take care of you too while he is there.
