The entire 700 sqft studio apartment is exclusively for your use and located on the 5th floor of a commercial building, offering a panoramic view of downtown Colombo. The apartment is air-conditioned, tastefully furnished with modern amenities, and features a serene ambiance, ensuring your privacy at all times. Supermarkets, Cafes and Restaurants are 5 minutes’ walk from the location & it's not a shared premises. •Please note: No cooking is allowed as per fire regulations of the building. The space The entire space consists: Living Room furnished with a two seater sofa and dining table, satellite TV, internet, a mini fridge cutlery and crockery for 2 guests and an electric kettle. • Tea, Coffee, Sugar and two water bottles will be provided complimentary. Bed Room is furnished with a king size bed, 2 bed side cupboards and lamps, cloth rack, iron and ironing board, built in wardrobe with storage facilities. Writing table and chair and small vault. The Bath Room has modern amenities, hair dryer, hot and cold water and a shower cubicle. Clean towels and basic toiletries will be provided. • Please note: use of crockery and cutlery must be washed, dried and kept back in the right places House Rules • We do not recommend this apartment for children under-12 years of age. • No pets are allowed. • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. There are designated smoking ares in the basement of the building. • Parties or events are strictly prohibited. • Guests must send scanned copies of the passport bio pages for all occupants before check-in.
