Our Private residency is a small escape beach getaway. With 7 rooms all together (1unit The Villa & 6unit Chalets). Rooms surround our garden & four Dip Pools. Quiet and peaceful retreat bring nostalgia of a traditional Malaysian village, nature and culture with beautiful wave sounds just at the tip of your ears. 1hr 30 min from Kuala Lumpur. 30 min to Heritage city of Malacca. Only use the accurate directions provided via phone by us after your booking is confirmed. *Due to Covid-19 there are some changes to our usual set up. There will no longer be a check in counter/ reception, instead a self check in procedure (including temperature checks) that will be explained in your confirmation. Accommodation info : Garden View Chalet - Chalet (12X12) come with 1x Queen size Bed, including open concept private Bathroom, AC+Ceiling fan, Mini Fridge, 3in1 Coffee, Kettle, Towels, Iron board ( by request ) & Shower gel. Note : We ONLY allow 2x children age below 10yrs per room as extra if any. (Free Stay). Or 1x person above 10yrs (30rm per night) Towel provided. We do not provide extra mattress. In case please bring your own sleeping bag. The Dip Pool - positioned in the centre of the property for guest used. ( Note - No sharing one dip pool per unit ). We are private small holiday home rental. Please respect our in house guests. ***Fuga Village have the right to reject any guests that turn up with more than the allocated amount. We would also like to remind you that the rooms you have booked is strictly for only agreed pax of people. Only those are allowed within the property, NO visitors, friends or extra family are allowed to spend time in our property. Smoking only in Designated area! Appreciate it. Good day! Guest access Due to covid-19 our reception/common area is closed. -Guests have access to our BBQ space (rental 70rm, basic utencils and charcol). -Table tennis area (free of charge) Finally, Our 4 dip Pools positioned in the centre of the property surrounded with garden and of course the beautiful sunset beach! Guest will get the house key, main entrance key and beach access key. All doors always remain locked 24hrs for your own comfort. The property is strictly for guest ONLY. Other things to note Check in period between 3pm till 6pm. Late check in upon request. Check out time is 12 PM, if you check out later then that you will be charged 50% of one nights stay by the Fuga admin
