Artsy Annex Walk to Fairmont close to town plaza

This cute 450SFT unit with a loft (sitting/laying room only) sits in back of my other listing, The Sonoma Shangri-La. It’s perfect for 2 persons, or more if you don’t mind climbing a ladder to loft. You must be very comfortable with each other as there is only a curtain that serves as the bathroom wall. It has a refrigerator, coffee pot, teas, coffee. The loft has a queen futon on the floor with a large Flat Screen TV. I do not have cable, but you can stream movies with Hulu or Netflix. The space I call this the Annex because it is an extension of my main home, which can be rented together or separately. However this is a more modern unit, with a country feel inside. It has a lovely outdoor area for relaxing after a day of exploring. If my main home is rented there will be other vacationers on the premises, otherwise I may be in the main house. I always let folks know if I am there. My place is located just 2 miles from Sonoma's Historic Town Square; an easy 15 minute bike ride or 5 min Uber will get you there. There are also local restaurants walking distance from my place. The Sonoma Mission Inn, AKA the Fairmont, is an easy stroll from my home and a fun place to have dinner or just a cocktail or glass of wine to people watch. There is live music out on the lawn on weekends, weather permitting. It’s a great scene with beautiful trees, vacationers and locals alike, and comfy lawn chairs to lounge in. Highly recommend! Guest access There are designated outdoor areas for each of my places, but co-mingling has been known to happen with vacationers! Other things to note To get to the loft you have to climb a built in metal ladder, and it is laying and sitting room only. The TV is up there. It is not an ideal place to sleep if you are one to go to the bathroom often during the night.
