Cozy, quality room in a charming bungalow. The warm, quiet space includes a TV, small table, new DOUBLE bed with high end mattress, two chairs (one is a lounge chair), and fast WiFi. Friendly host. Enjoy full access to the beautiful garden and spacious parking. Conveniently located, just 24 mins from London Victoria. Works especially well for those interested in Orpington, Sidcup, and Bromley South. Plenty of positive reviews—some guests have rebooked multiple times. A single room only. The space The room is warm, quiet and has a good quality double bed. With two chairs - one of which is a relaxing chair. The room has a tv, and small table. Guests can use the bathroom, and full access to the lovely garden, which is not overlooked and is full of nice plants and garden furniture. Guests can use the living room table for breakfast - no further access to the living is provided at other times of day but the guests room has tv and free wifi. This is in a quiet bungalow. Guest access Guests have their room, plus unlimited access to the garden, use of the bathroom and the kitchen to prepare breakfast, and can use the living room table for breakfast only (not later in the day). The guests can also use the microwave for other meals. During your stay I work at home most of the time. I'm very happy to respond to guests' questions and can recommend various shops, gyms or eateries in the neighbourhood. I do not plan to socialise as such but am friendly. Other things to note No smoking in the room. Noise needs to be kept down from 11pm. There is a train station into central London 10 minutes walk. There is a bus service into Orpington High street and sidcup high street which is only 2 minutes walk from the bungalow. This is a room for one person only (no guests).
