Massimo and Flaminia welcome you to "Max's House" .....and you will feel at home.... The space Massimo and Flaminia are happy to host you in their Marotta home just 300 meters from the sea. Your stay will be delighted by the possibility of enjoying an apartment that will fully respond to your needs, not to neglect fundamental aspects such as the presence of a comfortable and welcoming environment. The 56-square-meter apartment is on the ground floor with independent entrance and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, a large bathroom with shower, large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bridge and a vanishing bed, independent heating, air conditioning, inverter air conditioning throughout the house, video intercom, satellite TV, Sat TV, outdoor garden, private parking space.
