My place is cozy and warm and in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. It is easy to find off of interstate 35. It is 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul, 20 minutes from the Mall of America, and 25 minutes from the airport. There are also many parks, lakes, trails, etc. nearby. Guests get the large main floor bedroom, a private bath, and generally have the whole floor to themselves - especially at night. Guests have access to any open door - living areas, dining room, kitchen. Entirely up to the guest - I can disappear, or share dinner/conversation/wine. Am available in person or via text to give recommendations on most anything. Small, safe, clean, quiet community bordering Minneapolis, which has nightlife, daytime activities and shopping. On a bus line during the week, which connects to light rail. I'll give rides if reasonable and if I am around. Easy parking right in front of my house, a shared garage is also available if you really want. There are two listings in my house so other Airbnb guests may be around! If your stay is during the winter and it snows, please be aware of the city parking ordinance below. If need be, I have an extra stall in my garage and up to 4 spaces in my driveway so plenty of space - just coordinate with me first on details! § 72.36 PARKING DURING SNOW REMOVAL. (A) No person shall park a vehicle on any city street for a period of 48 hours, commencing immediately after 2 inches or more of continuous snowfall, or until snow removal has been completed curb to curb. (B) Whenever it is necessary to the proper direction control, regulation of traffic, plowing and/or the removal of snow, ice, or waste, or maintenance or improvement of any highway or street to remove any vehicle standing on a highway or street in the city, then any police officer is authorized to provide for the removal of the vehicle and have the same removed to the nearest convenient garage or other place of safety.
