Gwarffynnon Barn Holiday cottage is situated on our family home and smallholding, with distant sea views over the country side, lots of animals and wildlife and wonderful sunsets. a convenient location with easy reach to costal towns of aberaeron, Newquay, Aberystwyth and cardigan. As well as many guests visiting the likes of the Elan Valley, devils bridge and may other walking spots. The space A delightfully renovated barn, former stables and hay store, which retains its character with stone walls, beams and slate floors. The cottage consists of a spacious double bedroom, shower room with rain shower, well equipped kitchen, utility/porch, open plan living dining room with feature fire place (no heat or light decoration only). The cottage is heated by underfloor heating throughout. The double doors open onto guests patio and private garden area where guests can enjoy the beautiful peaceful country side. As well as being able to admire the many animals on the smallholding and see so many different birds and wildlife. Why not soak up the magnificent sunsets and sunrise's which provide a wonderful red glow throughout the cottage. We are a family friendly cottage and have a single fold out bed available for children and a small double sofa bed that can be used for adult or child (children or adults needing any extra bed are charged at £5pppn) as well as travel cot with extra mattress (no extra cost). We have dvd player with a small selection of dvds, both children and adult, as well as some books, magazines,games and selection of baby toys. A highchair is available as well. The garden is fenced and an ideal area for both young children and a dog should you wish to bring one. (single small/ medium dog allowed but please message before booking with information on anything more than two or large breeds) please bring your own bedding and towels for your dog as the furnishings in the cottage are not for use of dogs. please keep your dog on a lead at all times when outside the cottage. please collect all dog mess in poo bags provided and put into the waste bin outside. please do not allow dogs on the furniture or in the bedroom. do not leave dogs inside or outside cottage unattended at anytime, or while out for the day. although the garden is fenced please keep a watch on the dog as many other animals are on the other side of the fences and any damage to property or animals will have to be paid for. ill mannered dogs will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave, where no refund will be given. any questions upon dogs please message before booking. Guest access Guests have the entire barn use along with a fenced off patio and garden area of their own. The drive way and parking area is shared with the owners and the pets. 🐈🐎🐑🐔 Other things to note please make sure when booking you state the correct number of guests and pets for insurance purposes, if you arrive with more guests or pets than on the booking you may be asked to leave. one double bed in bedroom with a travel cot available for a infant. additional single fold out bed or sofa bed available in the living room area (or the single can fit in the bedroom) for extra adults or children, child only on single bed. price is for two guests in double bed, for extra guests in seperate beds there is a £5 fee per person per night. infants under 2, still in a cot are free. please message with any questions about sleeping arrangements.
