Large private bedroom with Queen bed and TV in spacious, renovated, post war cottage in quiet, leafy street. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry, leafy courtyard. Short walk to: Trains, trams and buses Prahran Market Chapel Street shopping, cafes and night life Alfred Hospital Fawkner Park Private parking and/or street permit. Convenient for visitors to the Alfred Hospital, Grand Prix, Australian Open, MCG cricket and AFL, St Kilda tourist precinct and the city. The space I love my house. It's light, spacious and homey. I'm sure you'll be comfortable there. Guest access The only space that is off limits is my bedroom just as your room would be off limits to me. Otherwise, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, dining room, living room, leafy courtyard, bathroom and separate toilet. During your stay I work part time so am around a fair bit. Am happy to chat and give advice on what to see and do in Melbourne or give you your privacy. If I'm cooking, I'll probably offer you some. I'm flexible with check-in time except when I'm working so we need to discuss and confirm.
