Seeking an LGBTQ2i+ or ally flatmate for a minimum 3 month lease in Liberty Village. I'm an easy going live in host who enjoys other easy going, quiet guests. Guests will enjoy the very comfortable bed, desk and TV in the bedroom with Netflix, Crave, Disney+ and Amazon Prime streaming services. The condo has fully upgraded appliances with laundry available in the unit. The condo features beautiful views of the downtown skyline and Lake Ontario. HST Included (#80485 2937 RT0001) The space This condo space is a fully upgraded 2 bed, 2 bath smart home with all new appliances, floor and lighting (2022), with panoramic south eastern views of the downtown Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario. There is black out automated window coverings, Robot Vacuum and Mop, automated LED lighting and in unit Laundry. There is a security camera located in the front entranceway for added protection for both guests and host. Guest access Guests will have private access to the secondary bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the space is shared or private to the host. Guests may use the condo amenities on the 2nd floor which include the Gym (Open 5am-11pm), Yoga room, Party Room and Sauna. There are 8 visitor parking overnight passes per month. Paid street parking available. During your stay The host is available via cell phone, text, email and any other form of communication. The host is away from the home during the day but available for occasional discussion in the evenings time permitting. Other things to note The host is in school and requires a quiet environment for studying and relaxation while at home.
