Wonderful all year round at The Church with reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning, great for summer or winter, and a perfect location in our quiet cul-de-sac. Ever changing views from the very large back deck, outdoor dining table and BBQ. Private front garden with charming Wisteria arbour and seating area, lovely for a cuppa. Ideally located close to The Spit (3km) for watersports, we have a large covered carport for your boat and cars. Kids can ride their bikes on our street or play in our games area underneath, Ping Pong and Darts provided. Three Queen bedrooms, one is located upstairs in a large open loft bedroom with Juliette balcony and split system air conditioning. Downstairs is a Bunk bedroom with 4 single beds. 4 bedrooms total - 3 x Queen & 4 x Single. Please bring own bed sheets and personal towels, we supply all else. Large comfortable leather lounge and TV with streaming and youtube provided (who has time to watch TV here?) Our elevated kitchen is the former church pulpit and lit by classical stained glass windows above. 900mm oven and gas cooktop, coffee machine, large fridge and stone benchtops.
