WE RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. All comforts with owner's internet/Wi-Fi, connected HD TV, southeast balcony, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine...), bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The space Hi. Our apartment is located in the quiet area of Almes in TIGNES-LE-LAC (there is no bar or nightclub in this area). It is a 4-minute walk from the Tignes house, a 5-minute walk from the ESF meeting place, the nearest shops (food, rental and sale of sports equipment) and the covered parking lot are a 2-minute walk away (all these values are calculated on the ViaMichelin website). Access to the ski area is immediate by the Chaudannes or Paquis chairlifts. In this apartment accessible by elevator you will find: - a living area (living/dining room) with a 108 cm flat screen TV. This space is equipped with a "pull-out" sofa allowing a configuration of either 1 double bed or 2 single beds; - one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed; - a bathroom; - a separate toilet equipped with a mechanical ventilation system; - an independent kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 induction hobs and an oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine, an electric kettle. At the disposal of this apartment you will have a ski locker accessible by elevator. For the well-being of our vacationers, we do not accept pets in the apartment, nor the use of tobacco. CAUTION: 1) Please note that linen is not provided (can be rented on request). 2) cleaning is to be carried out by you (possibility of using a service provider on request). At the end of the year and until mid-January the apartment has a "Christmas" decoration with a tree at the foot of which you can drop off your gifts.
