First floor apartment (6 guests) newly renovated ideal for smart working with free Tim Fiber Internet Wi-Fi (download up to80Mbps/upload up to a 20Mbps), 2 double bedrooms, high quality bathroom with shower, new full kitchen with coffee machine (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, Tivù SatTV, dishes and utensils) - and large dining room with sofa bed (2 guests). Front beach terrace for your exclusive use equipped with wooden table and chairs for dining in front of the sea waves. Air conditioning/heating system and car box available on request (expected extra costs). Only small pets accustomed to staying in the apartment are allowed. Generally, weelky rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Included in the rent: use of water, electricity, gas. Mattress covers, pillow covers, bed and bath linen cleaned for each guest change. Cleaning products available in the apartment. Welcome drink offered by our family upon your arrival. Guest access You will have a panoramic terrace all for you to enjoying the sun, eat or just relax in front of the sea while viewing a spectacular sunset. An elegant wooden colored cream umbrella will repair you during the hottest hours. Available to all of our guests a laundry room next to your terrace and, in the side yard, a small washtub useful on several occasions. In front of you the beach and the sea with its waves: "Mediterraneo" bathhouse in the front from May to September (and you can rent from them an umbrella and sunbeds) while the same beach is free from October to April; on the sides another free beach where you can (as the term suggests) freely enjoy the sun with your beach towel or beach umbrella. We can provide you with a beach umbrella free of charge; unfortunately we do not have chairs, sun beds and beach towels. Prohibition of access to dogs on the beach from 08 to 20 (Ordinance of the Municipality of San Vincenzo); we recommend the dog beach not too far away. Garage box for 1 car next to the accommodation available on request (extra costs apply). Contact us for availability, info and booking. Paid parking (from April to October: € 1.5 per hour) in the nearby square (Piazza A. Gramsci); free parking a little further away (near to the COOP supermarket and above the railway station). What we ask are respect and cleanliness of the apartment and the entrance court, which it is common with the other guests of the other apartments. Everything, from the windows to house objects, from the terrace to walls, from tableware to furniture should be treated with care and love. Because who gives love to things, gives love to himself and to others! Other things to note The tourist tax of 1,25€ per person per day will be applied to all our guests (excluding children under 12 years old). This fee is not included in the total price communicated by Airbnb, therefore it will be paid separately (see Municipal Council Resolution no. 64 of 29/11/2019).
