Our family “Cabin” (as we call it) is located with a beautiful view and private accessibility to Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH. It is located 1 mile from Weirs Beach, 4 miles from Meredith, and 2 hours from Boston, MA. The water view, private dock and deck and comfortable updated cabin —- provides the fun setting for a memorable experience on the lake. NO WATERCRAFTS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED DOCKED OR ANCHORED ON WATERFRONT! The space Our Lakehouse has been in our family since the 1980's. In 2014, we decided to give the cabin a face lift with a renovated kitchen, fresh paint, carpet and all new beds. A beautiful lake view and fun time awaits you. The gas grill, private dock, water bounce raft and two kayaks (life vest provided) --- guest experience "hanging out" easy. One smart tv with cable channels and Netflix provided for our guest along with strong WIFI connection. For a truly sweet summer experience on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee the cabin is the place to be. Extra note: Kitchen is equipped for light cooking with a Weber gas grill on the deck. A Black and Decker coffee maker is provided. The round dining table that sits four has a table leaf that expands the seating to a cozy six guest. The outside round deck table can sit up to six guest. Guest who will find this "Space" comfortable and adequate are the following-------A family of five who want a relaxing, fun family time on the lake. Children love this cabin and it's setting. Four adults will find the space perfectly comfortable and adequate. Six adults will find it "cozy." Guest access Absolutely, Positively No Docking of Motor Boats! Airbnb will be notified if this rule has been abused. Thank you. Other things to note The Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad runs directly through our property. The slow-moving train runs through every 3 hours starting at 11:00 AM, 3x a day, Mid June through September. The train goes about 10-15 MPH. For the past 30 years we have never found it disturbing or disruptive during our day. Children find it exciting to see it pass through. There is a good 45 seconds warning to know that the train is coming.
