Cosy rural cottage

Our self-contained cottage is set within our rural, mature garden and surrounded by farmland just off State Highway 1. We are 15 minutes from the centre of Taupo with all the tourist attractions, golf courses and our beautiful lake a 10-15 minute drive away. It is a 50 minute drive to Rotorua and 90 minutes to the ski fields. Relax in our cosy cottage after exploring the beautiful Lake Taupo district or visiting for work or play. The cottage is private up from the main house with easy parking. The space Our cottage is surrounded by garden and farmland but only a short drive from the Taupo shops and tourist attractions. You will have privacy in relaxing surroundings but we are available for information if required. Guest access The cottage is situated on our small farm block and you are welcome to relax in the surrounding garden or walk through the paddocks. Please check the boundaries with us first. Other things to note Our property is a small farm block with sheep, occassionally cattle and a friendly fox terrier dog. It is surrounded by a large dairy farm and other small blocks. We have the usual rural issues with occassional power cuts, gravity fed water pressure and rural wifi although Starlink has improved that.
