You can also cook as induction stove, rice cooker and cooking utensils are provided. Guest access There is a small pool in the clubhouse. There is also a basketball court - reservation is required before you can use it. Other things to note In this time of quarantine, Urban Deca Homes requires transient tennants to show a baranggay/medical clearance and travel pass.
