Our two storey country home; views of Te Aroha mountain; surrounding green spaces. Upstairs for guests only 1. spacious room, nice linen, cozy duvet and bathroom with shower/toilet next door; quiet retreat ideal for a couple or individual wanting peace and quiet. ..2 & 3 sleeps 3 from one group/family, share bathroom. Enjoy morning brunch on verandah; or relaxing indoors - breakfast of scrambled free range eggs, fruit in season with fresh coffee/pot of tea, toast and spreads. The space We live on one acre surrounded by dairy farms, with black and white cows often visible in the fields nearby. We enjoy beautiful sunrises coming up over the mountains, with morning walks on a quiet country road. Its a 10 minute drive to either Te Aroha or Morrinsville townships.We have off road secure parking for car, van,or campervan. NZ rural roads make for comfortable driving which is very scenic while you are touring New Zealand.... only 1 - 2 hours drive to beautiful lakes and beaches from Classic Country B&B. You are welcome to stay a few days with us and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, including bike trails where you can hire bikes or tramping in native bush on the mountain; soaking in hot mineral water spa/sipping a latte in local cafes and enjoying the arts/culture..... several beaches closeby, for the kids playgrounds, pools, train rides and not to be missed a visit to Hobbiton near Matamata and Bullswool a small animal farm. With prior notice we may arrange a local farm visit for those interested in farm life. Guest access Guest main bedroom, plus 2 additional small bedrooms by arrangement with host can be booked at an extra cost of $60pp breakfast incl. providing opportunity to travel as a small group/family of 4. Wi Fi access and small TV room downstairs or separate lounge with large TV so guests can access one space independantly if preferred or share with hosts who are happy to welcome you and socialise. A home cooked breakfast B&B - cereals, fruit, organic milk/free range eggs/fresh coffee/range of teas. In summer, guests are welcome to breakfast poolside and soak up the fresh country air and relax - Guests may request a late breakfast to enjoy the luxury of a sleep in but are asked to vacate by 11 a.m. on day of departure to allow time to prepare for incoming guests. Other things to note Laundromat is available nearby in Te Aroha and Morrinsville to keep up to date with personal laundry needs. Many cafes closeby are recommended - Ironique/Domain Cafe/Turkish and Indian Resturants in Te Aroha and Redoubt Bar n Grill/Cafes...Loxys/Caffiene/Wagon Wheel in Morrinsville as well as Matamata 30 minutes away with many licensed restaurants recommend Italian in middle of town.
