Excellent facilities including king size bed, private bathroom with MIRA over bath shower, lounge & dining area with kitchen. Good road links to Chester, Llangollen, Shrewsbury, Wrexham, North Wales coast & Snowdonia. Popular cycling area with nearby riverside walks (Alyn & Dee). Numerous hotels, pubs, restaurants and cafés - 10 min walking distance. Quiet countryside location. The space The hall and stairs are shared with us and you’re welcome to share the downstairs lounge if you would like some company. The accommodation has a hook lock that can make it secure while you are in residence. Quiet rural location but with easy access to Chester, Llangollen, Wrexham, Shrewsbury, Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. Popular walking, fishing and cycling area with picturesque villages and market towns. Several garden centres, numerous pubs, cafés and restaurants in or near the village. Co-Op, Hairdressers, Spas, Health/Beauty (inc nails, massage, physio) and a Pharmacy all within walking distance (approx 1 mile). Easy road access to towns and beauty spots and a frequent bus service between Rossett and Chester/Wrexham (Arriva number 1). Attractions in Chester include Chester Zoo, Chester City Cathedral, The Walls, The Rows, Grosvenor Park, Outdoor theatre, Roman Gardens & Amphitheatre, Chester Race Course and Grosvenor Museum. Further afield Llangollen Steam Trains, Llangollen canal, Pontysyllte Viaduct and Bangor-on-Dee races. Cheshire Oaks discount shopping centre, Ellesmere Port Boat Museum and the Blue Planet Aquarium. Delamere Forest, Northwich Salt Museum and Anderton Boat lift. Easy road access to Snowdonia, and the coastal towns of Prestatyn, Rhyl, Llandudno, Bangor and Caernarfon. Anglesey or Barmouth can also be reached for a day trip out. Easy road and train access to Liverpool and Manchester. Guest access Patio area at the front of the house with table, 2 chairs, a bench and canopy. Other things to note Accessed via a narrow staircase with a tight turn so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Non smoking throughout. No working from home or children under 16 years old. If you’re a light sleeper there’s a timer switch available in the bottom drawer of the chest of drawers so that you can turn the fridge off overnight if you wish. No pets (including therapy) as we have other animals in the house.
