Near wineries, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, theater, parks. There is a camera in front. The space You have all the access to everything except the garage. This place is ready for your travels. The home is very comfortable with new laminate on the first level and carpet on the second. The yard is private and spacious and the coziness at this location can’t be beaten. *The garage is off-limits Guest access You have access to EVERYTHING except the garage, and we have easy fast internet! Other things to note *Put all dishes in the washer and start it when checking out. *Since this location is in a culdesac, I need to be extremely mindful of who I book for this location *THE GARAGE IS OFF LIMITS *This is a home, not a hotel, we do our absolute best to make your stay and experience excellent, however, it’s still a home. So if you need the Ritz Carlton experience, please book at the Ritz. *The security deposit is not taken when you pay, you are just acknowledging that there is a security deposit for damages, but they don’t get taken unless there is a damage *For guests who stay 7 days or longer, there will be an additional cleaning done every 7 days to keep the house in good standing, the cost of that is $200. **All animals will have an extra fee of $60 per day per animal. **By booking, you agree to being charged $30 per guest after 3 people whether they are staying or just stopping by. *We also charge an extra $100 on top of the cleaning fee when you bring pets because cleaning every inch of the house after pets is very detailed, but also most important for people who are allergic and it takes hours. *You also must pick up your pet waste, or housekeeping charges us an extra $ 50 to do that no matter how much or little it is, and we relay that onto you *Addition $75 on top of the cleaning fee if your bringing anyone age 15 or younger because they touch absolutely everything and housekeeping spends unnecessary time cleaning after them as well. We know these costs add up, but so do the hours it takes to reset the location after pets and kids🙂
