The space The accomodation comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area which opens directly on to the pool terrace, a large double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi. There are stunning sea views from throughout the property, and the pool is unseen from outside the villa making it an ideal choice for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The outdoor pool is 8 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. There is a selection of outdoor furniture - sunloungers , dining area and comfortable seating area , all from which the panoramic views may be enjoyed. In addition to this pool there is also an indoor pool some 4 x 3.5 metres in dimensions, and wiih a depth of 1.25 metres. This pool has a hydro-massage system and can be heated in the cooler months of the year for 1500 TL per day. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time. Guests staying at this villa would need the use of a vehicle as it is approximately 4.5 km from the centre of Kalkan, and the nearest grocers shop is 1 km away.
