Private Apartment Mosgiel

Welcome to my pet friendly Airbnb. The apartment is at the back our house, separated by our double garage. You have your own bedroom, living space, kitchenette, bathroom, carpark and rear garden. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchenette. A microwave and electric frypan are supplied. Central location, walk to the supermarket, shops & eateries. Unlimited Wi-Fi, Freeview, Chromecast and continental breakfast included. Only a 15 minute drive to Dunedin city or airport. The space Check in is available from 2pm. I can greet you or if you're unsure of your arrival time I will leave the apartment unlocked with the key inside. All the information you need about the apartment, WiFi password, local dining and attractions, is included in the apartment guide. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Check out is by 11am, but please ask if you have specific requirements as I am very flexible. On departure, please ensure everything is turned off and open all the windows. Please leave the key on the tray next to the TV. There is an extension cord in the bedside cupboard for the single bed electric blanket. The apartment is suitable for those with limited mobility. Being all on one level and with off street parking near the entrance, it allows easy access. Your dog is welcome to come and stay by arrangement. Please bring bedding, bowls are provided. The garden is fully fenced for safety. Please don't leave your pet home alone. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from open doors and windows. Let me know if you need an ashtray. Guest access Find the comforts of home in our freshly decorated apartment. With your own kitchenette and bathroom, you are totally independent. External access allows you to come and go at your leisure. Off street parking is available on the gravel area next to the apartment. You are welcome to make use of our garden, with outdoor seating provided in the rear garden. Use of the washing machine is by arrangement. An airing rack, iron and ironing board are provided . Other things to note We have a small dog named Freddie who will be very happy to meet you. Please watch for him as you come and go up the driveway as he gets excited when a car arrives. Your pet is welcome to stay. Please let me know who you are bringing with you. Please supply bedding for your pet, there is a cupboard in the hallway with dog bowls, rugs for the furniture and towels. Please don't leave your pet alone in the apartment. The garden is fully fenced so your dog is safe outside. Feel free to open and shut the gate as needed.
