Stay in our bright and peaceful 2-bedroom family home just minutes from Brighton beach and Kemptown’s lively cafés and shops. Enjoy sea views from the bedroom, a private garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a big TV for relaxed evenings. The house is full of books and personality — it’s our real home, and we love sharing it. The space This is our much-loved family home — not a hotel — and we love sharing it with respectful guests who appreciate staying in a warm, lived-in space. You’ll have the whole house to yourselves: two bedrooms, a sunny garden, and a private deck for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors. The house will be sparkling clean when you arrive, but you might find food in the cupboards, books on the shelves, and the comforting sense that real life happens here — because it does. Inside, you’ll find wooden floors, handcrafted touches, and plenty of space to slow down. The master bedroom features a luxurious super king-sized bed and beautiful sea views through the window — a peaceful spot for morning tea or a quiet moment with a book. The second bedroom has a snug bunk bed, great for children or solo travellers. The living area is warm and inviting, with a large TV and a great selection of books throughout the house for you to read and enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the adjoining dining area opens out onto the garden and deck — perfect for sunny breakfasts or relaxed dinners. We're tucked away on a quiet residential street on the edge of Brighton’s Kemptown. It’s peaceful here, yet only an 8-minute walk into the heart of Kemptown, where you’ll find vibrant cafes, independent shops, yoga studios, and friendly pubs. The beach is just around the corner, as is Sea Lanes, Brighton’s brand-new 50-metre open-air swimming pool right on the seafront. Parking is available on our street with a permit, which we’re happy to provide for an extra charge. Alternatively, free parking can be found on neighbouring streets nearby. Whether you’re here for the beach, Brighton’s culture, or a peaceful base by the sea, we’d love to welcome you to our home. The neighbourhood Our home is located on the peaceful edge of Brighton’s buzzing Kemptown neighbourhood — a quiet residential road where you can relax in peace, yet be just an 8-minute walk from all the action. Kemptown is known for its creative, welcoming vibe. You’ll find independent coffee shops, lively pubs, vintage stores, bakeries, wellness studios, and a strong sense of community. The beach is only moments away, and Sea Lanes, the brand-new 50-metre outdoor pool on the seafront, is right nearby — perfect for a morning swim with sea views. Brighton city centre and the famous Palace Pier are within walking distance, or a short bike or bus ride away. The South Downs National Park is also close for those looking to stretch their legs in nature. This location is ideal if you want a peaceful place to stay while being just minutes from the best of Brighton. Guest access You will have free access to the entire house. Other things to note There is free parking 50 meters away from the house. or you can pre book parking tickets £5 per ticket. No Smoking in the house. No pets.
