In the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees, Joch is located at a strategic point to fully enjoy the region between sea and mountain. It is a village of character, typical and full of charm! The mill offers a unique panorama of the mountains, stunning 180° views. Ideal place for beautiful hikes (Pic du Canigou, Gorges de la Carança, Orgues d 'Ille...) , discover its breathtaking coastline, stroll in Spain or relax by the private pool. The space This 170 m2 house is an old mill that was originally a stationery, the water always flows under a part of the house which makes this place unique and unusual. You first step into a very large open plan room with dining area, equipped kitchen, and relaxation area with smart TV overlooking the outdoor balcony where you can contemplate this beautiful landscape. The house has 4 bedrooms all equipped with double beds and connected televisions. There are 2 bathrooms: - the 1st with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet. - The 2nd with shower, simple sink and toilet. Finally, an elegant living room with stunning views of the valley, featuring a connected TV, foosball, mini ping-pong and darts. The mill also has a swimming pool of 10m by 4 with a bathroom (shower, basin and toilet), a very beautiful garden equipped with a garden lounge for 8 guests where you can relax and have your meals quietly surrounded by delicious smells of lavender and jasmine!. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note - Pool in service from May to September - Booking of 7 consecutive days minimum from Saturday to Saturday in July - august. Other minimum 2 consecutive days. - To facilitate your arrival at the mill, we advise you to put your GPS "Chemin de la Bastide" then "Carrer Del moli". Guests can park on private backward parking makes it easy to get around. - Cleaning is not included in the price
