The queen-size bed (150x190 cm) with premium Italian mattress and memory foam topper ensures a restful sleep. A single bed (190x90 cm) is available if needed: €35 extra per night for 2 guests wanting separate beds; included if you’re 3 guests. The loft is a cozy, quiet nest in a genuine local neighborhood, just 15–20 minutes on foot from San Marco, Rialto, and the Art Biennale. The area still preserves the charm of old Venice, and the Grand Canal is just a few meters away. Situated on the second floor (no elevator) with fast fiber Wi-Fi, laundry service is not available (but there is a laundrymat pretty cheap close to the house). Bags can be safely stored before check-in or after check-out – very convenient, close to the station and Alilaguna shuttle pier. City Tourist Tax: €4 per person/night. ID/passport registration required in advance. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. For 2 guests who prefer separate beds, the single bed costs €35 extra per night (payable in cash or via Airbnb). If you are 3 guests, the second bed is included with no additional charge.
