The studio offers space for 2 people: Living room/bedroom (sofa bed with real 160 x 200 mattress) with storage, shelf, WiFi. Dining room/equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. Great for both leisure and business travel. Completely renovated, the studio combines the charm of exposed beams with a neat ethnic-bohemian decor. Located on the ground floor of a 1930s character house, the studio is very easy to access, and benefits from its independent entrance. It offers a comfortable space for 2 people, consisting of a living room with: a fully equipped dining/kitchen area, (stovetop, microwave/oven, fridge), which meets a living room/bedroom area where there is a sofa bed with a real 160 x 200 mattress, storage, a tablet connected with Wi-Fi. A small hallway then leads to a bathroom with shower, sink and a separate toilet. The studio has all the comforts so you can feel right at home for a few days: - Linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) - fully-equipped kitchen - microwave/oven - Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle - quality sofa bed with real 160 x 200 mattress - tablet connected with Wi-Fi - bathroom with separate toilet - hair dryer NO SMOKING IN THE STUDIO OR AT THE WINDOW - SMOKE OUTSIDE. Street parking is paid during the day but you can park very easily. You can also park a bike in our enclosed inner courtyard. During your stay To ensure your maximum autonomy, I have implemented a reception system, allowing you to arrive even late at night or to leave without wasting time checking out.
