This a 2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Upper Rathmines area. It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. To the City Center: Stephen's Green - 3km from the property. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Public transport (The Luas tram system): 26 minutes Free parking is located a 5 minute walk from the apartment The space Guests will have the entire space to themselves. There are two bedrooms, each containing a European double bed. The property also includes a cooker, fridge, and a microwave. We also provide linens, towels, and basic elements such as toilet paper and shower gels. Guest access Once checked into the apartment, it is entirely yours. You will be left to your own devices but I will always be accessible whenever needed. Other things to note It is important to note that check-in is 4pm. We are happy to take your luggage in the interim if you intend to arrive earlier. I cannot guarantee an earlier check-in. There is no air conditioning in this property. We can provided a parking permit it is located around the corner, approximately a 5 minute walk. Parking must be booked in advance. This property is not suitable for stags, hen dos, or any form of parties.
