This four bedroomed rustic country farmhouse is ideal for families or groups of friends who want the privacy and relaxation of a rural setting with a large 12x6m private pool. The house has a well equipped kitchen and extensive indoor and outdoor dining facilities suitable for a large group with an outdoor BBQ. The four bedrooms have simple en-suite bathrooms and two have access to a balcony. There is a restaurant only 2 minutes away. The space The house is simply decorated but with the usual comforts. It is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, nothing could be more convenient. The house is has a large kitchen/ dining room and a large living room. There are stairs within the house that are steep but the upstairs can also be accessed by the back door without using the stairs. There are 4 bathrooms with simple en-suite wetrooms. There's another small bathroom on the ground floor. There is a balcony that can be accessed from the living room. The views from the house and pool are fabulous. The restaurant is of a high standard, great value, specialising in local produce and is popular with discerning Italians from all over the region. Heating in colder months costs extra and usage will be measured by the owner and charged at the end of your stay. Guest access Guests have private use of the pool, garden and villa.
