Single room near train station and M1

I live close to both train and bus stops. The train runs twice an hour and is 6 mins to Meadowhall 12 to Sheffield. The bus runs every 10 mins and takes about 30 mins. I am 10 mins from Motorway. The room is a guestroom. I am retired. Access to my property is down the side of number 4. I am near Asda .There are several places to eat 5 mins walk away. Tankersley Manor Hotel There parking on the street and I have WIFI The space My place is a stone cottage slightly hidden. My main entrance is around the back. The cottage is small but comfortable. Guest access I like my guests to make themselves at home. So all available except my bedroom. During your stay I love socialising with my guests but also accept some guests prefer to go to their rooms. I like people to make themselves at home and will offer help where I can. Other things to note I would really appreciate it if my guests do not wear shoes about the house. There is tea making in the rooms for the convenience of guests. Smoking or vaping in the room is not allowed. There is outside seating and a porch for rainy days. I would also like to add that the accommodation on offer is meant to be short stay. I would really appreciate guests whose requirement is to be here during the day contact me to discuss first.
