This newly built rental villa is surrounded by the Okinawa Marine Expo Park, Emerald Beach, and the Fukugi Trees of Bise, and has ocean views from all sides. The spacious 2-story building has 2 Japanese-style rooms and 1 Western-style room in one building. In addition to the kitchen and bath, both the 1st and 2nd floors are fully equipped with sinks and toilets, making it comfortable for families with children and groups staying for long periods. From the veranda, you can see the beautiful Emerald Beach and Iejima, and on sunny days, you can also see Isejima and Iheya Island. It is a convenient inn in a good location about 5 minutes on foot to the Emerald Beach of the Marine Expo Park, which has been selected as one of the "100 Best Beaches" and has a pure white sandy beach, and about 10 minutes on foot to the Churaumi Aquarium and the Fukugi Tree Road in Bise, where 20,000 Fukugi trees are lined up. It is also a convenient base for touring the northern part of the main island of Okinawa, which has been registered as a World Natural Heritage Site and designated as Yanbaru National Park.
