House with views and mini pool in the mountains

Come and stay in our atypical family home that we renovated while keeping a small vintage and country side. The garden is on 4 levels in espalier, in the rock of Saint-Julien. Exceptional view of the cliffs, river and metal bridge, where you can see the small Cévennes steam train pass by The space The house is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Anduze, you will find local shops, restaurants and entertainment throughout the summer season! The Gardon and its swimming area under the metal bridge are 2 steps from the property. Free parking is 100 m from the house. If necessary you will have at your disposal a lockable garage to park motorcycles and bicycles. The house is very atypical because it is built against the rock with its espalier gardens (5 levels for the garden). The house is on 3 levels. It starts on the 2nd level of the house with 2 bedrooms and 1 ensuite bathroom. - Queen size bed (160 × 190 cm) in the 1st bedroom. - Double bed 140 for the 2nd bedroom. The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the 3rd floor, you will find the living room with kitchen, living room, small bathroom and direct access to the garden. The garden is also on several levels, with stunning views of the Gardon, the Peyremale rock but also the St Julien rock. From the garden, you can see the little Cévennes steam train before it crosses the mountain to reach the station. We have a small pool (3.1 m X 2.6 m - 1.2 m deep) ideal for cooling off before going swimming in the Gardon, with stunning views of the Peyremale rock as a bonus. The garden is equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs, umbrella, deckchairs and barbecue. In the basement (level -1 of the house) you will have access to a laundry room with a washing machine and a toilet. Regarding linens, sheets are provided and beds are made. We also provide you with dish towels. Bath towels are not provided. We leave cleaning products and basic products to start your stay (toilet paper, shower gel, condiments, coffee...) On the day of checkout, we ask our guests to take out the garbage, the dishes must be done and put away and the sheets must be removed from the beds. We are available to answer any questions you may have. We have thought of everything to make your stay pleasant.
