Very nice air-conditioned house of 110 m² with a beautiful garden 15 minutes from Bordeaux, one hour from the ocean beaches and the Bassin d'Arcachon, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour 20 minutes from Bergerac. Perfect for a family vacation. Quiet, not overlooked. We have 3 bedrooms. Baby bed if needed with booster. 3.5 x 7 m swimming pool secured by a bar cover. You can enjoy grilling: plancha. Shops nearby. We live in this comfortable house on a daily basis. Other things to note Cleaning fee of €100 to be paid. We provide towels and bed sheets. Beach or pool towels are not provided.
