THE HOUSE IS A GROUND FLOOR, VERY BRIGHT, HAS A BEAUTIFUL CONSERVATORY IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE ENTRANCE WITH GARDEN FURNITURE. IT ALSO HAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL COURTYARD IN THE BACK THAT IS SHARED ONLY BY THE GUESTS AND OWNERS OF THE BUILDING. IN THE BACKYARD THERE IS THE AREA WITH THE WASHING MACHINE FOR GUESTS. THE DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH IS 10m. ALSO WITHIN 50m THE VISITOR CAN FIND A MINI MARKET, SOME PICTURESQUE TAVERNS ONE OF WHICH HAS BEEN AWARDED FOR ITS GOOD FOOD. The space Newly built and luxurious two-bedroom apartment is perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 4 people (no extra cost) . Our two-bedroom apartment consists of: 1. Spacious open kitchen connected without intermediate walls to the dining room and living room and with one entrance door leading to the front courtyard with the garden seating area. 2. One bedroom which has a comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress, granite tile, glossy with brand new fitted wardrobes. 3. A bathroom fully equipped and with all modern amenities. 4. Two manicured and landscaped outdoor spaces in front and back of the house. In the back there is a small room in which there is the washing machine as well as a beautiful surrounding area. In the front outdoor area there is a garden table with a 3-meter awning that is suitable for breakfast and other meals, as it has direct access from the kitchen and views of the main road and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. The two-bedroom has Full HD TV in the living room-kitchen. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house, the ground floor and the garden (front and back). Other things to note 1. The backyard of the house is landscaped with trees and plants, there is a special enclosed space that houses the washing machine so that guests can use it. In addition, the back yard garden is shared with guests as well as the owners of the building. Finally, the backyard hosts domestic animals (chickens and cockerels) fenced in their own space. 2. Greek legislation has imposed a climate resilience fee (Government Gazette B' *7535/31.13.2023) Special Tax Receipt (for accommodation). The charge is 8 euros per night, which is borne by the guest.
