1920s comfortable, traditional Edwardian home

A sunny welcome awaits you at my home in S. E. London. There's a single bedroom for one guest using a single bed. All amenities are shared with the host and hot drinks are always available. Travel to the centre of town takes as little as 9 minutes by train but there are more leisurely trips by bus in various directions. You'll find pubs, shops, supermarkets and a beautiful park with its own lido and gym are only minutes away. The space This is a family home. You'll have a spacious bedroom and sunny views across the gardens. The shower room is separate from the good-sized bathroom and my kitchen is large and accommodating. There is access to my small back garden and a large living room with a piano and a music stand if you need to practise a different musical instrument. Heating & hot water is on a flexible timer set by the host. Guest access You'll have access to the bathroom & shower room. The kitchen is available for your meals and hot drinks. Longer stay guests may cook on the hob but I prefer short term guests to use the microwave for heating ready meals. During your stay As a lifelong Londoner I'm more than happy to offer good tips & travel advice for my guests, especially those new to the area or to the UK. I enjoy some conversation with my guests as long as they are happy to chat. Other things to note If guests wish to be served breakfast I can provide muesli, bread & jams with coffee/tea for £10 per person. Parking on the road is free with the exception of the hours between 12 -2pm. The house is not suitable for children under the age of 12
