Activities in the area: Sports (light sailing, kayaking, water skiing, horse riding) Excellent place for biking or walking. Balloon ride. Minimum rental for 2 days. Minimum rental for advertising or filming 1 day. Guest access Themed rooms set in different cities around the world. Open spaces open to the outside through large windows. A library, three porches where you can enjoy the large garden. Very careful night lighting. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1.-NO SMOKING inside the house. 2.-We are very respectful of the neighbors so the music outside the house will be ambient. After 10pm, music can only be played inside the house. 3.- Strict with the number of people who rent the house both day and night. Any variation must be communicated to the owner. 4.- If the house is returned in poor condition, part of the deposit will be used to clean it. 5.- The house has outdoor security cameras. 6.-Failure to comply with the rules will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the contract. 7.- In some cases where there are no guest reviews or because it is deemed appropriate, a deposit will be requested.
