The Lochan is a beautiful two bedroomed Lodge , located next to a private Lochan. property set in its own private one acre garden area. It is a new build completed in 2021. It is fully furnished , has two bedrooms , one has en suite, full bathroom including separate shower, underfloor heating in bathrooms, wood burner in an open plan kitchen, dining lounge . Outside it is next to a Lochan with its own 45metre decking, secluded garden along with parking adjacent. The space The Lochan is a bespoke new build in 2021, it was built to exact high standards by the owners and is located within their eight acre site, The Lochan enjoys its own secluded acre site with views over the Lochan. It has a 45 sq metre outside decking area with dining chairs and also a barbecue cooking area along with a fire pit for evenings spent outside. Guest access The Lochan is located two miles from Forres and close to the village of Rafford, transport is required and there is ample private parking .We are located close to Dava Way and many woodland walks, cycle areas. Other things to note To access The Lochan guests drive down a shared access with the owners and we request that guests drive slowly on passing their home incase Tilly the Labrador is sunbathing or that they have visiting guests.
