Its an independent 1BHK, 380 sqft, 2 balcony apartment and you will have your own access on auto lock with passcode or fingerprint. When you enter the apartment, you will be greeted with vibrant bright living room radiating positive aura which has Indian seating/sleeping sofa arrangement.++(Upgraded to sofa cum bed sleeping 2 and 1 single bed in living room)++ On the left is a full-size glass sliding window, which when you open lets you access the balcony that has 2 chairs, where I'm sure you will be settled for most of your time falling in love with the view. AC is in the LIVING ROOM. An equipped kitchen, a western toilet, a bathroom with Hot/Cold water shower as per your needs. The bedroom is small but blessed with an amazing view of Mumbai skyline. A 4x6 sofabed which opens up laid down 2 can sleep on it comfortably, and a cupboard for use. Breakfast is NOT provided, you are free to cook your own. Please note that NO meat is allowed to be cooked by you(EGGS ARE FINE), but are free to order in from ZOMATO, Swiggy. All groceries, provisions required by you can be home delivered (chargeable at actuals). 6.5 KG washing machine unit in house for guest use. Please follow instructions to use as water supply can be issue. The Bathroom has a bottle of hand wash, soaps as per guests checking in. Other toiletries are a matter of personal choice and guests are required to carry their own toothbrush etc. Plenty of regular Taxis/ Uber / Ola / Radiotaxis available 24/7. Mahim Railway station is 08 minutes away and bus stop is 5 minutes away. NEW SHITLADEVI METRO STATION@5 Minute walk, good connectivity to north or south. There are 7 other neighbour apartments on the floor. Guest access Air conditioner is in LIVING ROOM. 6.5 Kg Capacity Washing Maching. Aqua guard water Purifier in kitchen. Clothing Iron & Hair Dryer available. Standard WiFi available for Emails, web surfing, mobile communication etc.(Speed varies as per service provider.) You have a 32 Inch LED TV with digital cable(DISH TV) for your entertainment and smart TV.(Reception dependent on weather) There's is a 1.5 L steel electric kettle for making coffee or tea. 190 L Refrigerator is available for storing food & drinks. There is a 1600 Watt Induction cooktop & pans for BASIC cooking purpose & plates, spoons,bowls, cups etc. In the bedroom cupboard, there is Scrabble, Chess, Monopoly & playing cards for your entertainment. Warm water Geyser with a shower is available. A 20 Litre 800 W Microwave is available. You have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is your castle for the time! Other things to note DO GO THROUGH MY GUIDEBOOK FOR THINGS TO DO, LOCAL SPOTS ETC. **2 Bath Towels in total are provided to the guests for the stay** 6.5 Kg Washing Machine added to the listing for long term stay use. Before check-in, a copy of any govt photo ID or passport copy is to be submitted for security purpose by ALL checked-in guests. (No COOKING meat, only ORDER from out) Non-veg food & Alcohol order in, allowed in the apartment. (Be sure not to spill on the couch):-) The next neighbour apartment is very close to the bedroom balcony so No Loud Music. We DO NOT encourage visitors in the apartment. The apartment is in a society and we strictly believe in respecting our neighbours. I offer a small drive in my car to sea link and other spots. Feel free to ask :-) **As this is a new building, few minor flaws/glitches may come up. I will try to address them to the best of my time and availability & also make up for the inconvenience caused in other ways. Guests are requested to be patient.** Airbnb is not HOTEL stay.The Apartment is someone's home, so will be appreciated if treated like one.
