A large flat screen television is provided in the living room. Our deck overlooks the sound with beautiful sunset views! It also provides a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, sip a glass of wine, or just relax in the sun with a good book. The private pier/dock is suited for docking your boat, swimming, boating, skiing, kayaking, kneeboarding, fishing, throwing cast net for shrimp, or just relaxing on a raft. The house has a King bed in the master, Queen beds in the other two bedrooms and one set of bunk beds and a day bed in the 4th bedroom. The living room, sunroom and back three bedrooms offer amazing views of Bogue Sound. The 4th bedroom is a converted den and has no closet but a chest of drawers and a hall closet is just outside the bedroom. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and a sink. Enjoy private gated access with parking to the beach as well as access to neighborhood parks and boat ramps just down the street with no lines or waits. Golf is just just down the street at Crystal Coast Country Club. Bring your boat and cruise to the intracoastal waterway and Beaufort inlet in no time.
