A home with plenty of shade and outdoor area to enjoy. Fish from the dock, play games on the screen porch, or BBQ at the picnic area. Plus there is a boat launch nearby. Plenty of room to eat or chat around the table. Three beds (king, 2 queen) to make very comfortable sleeping arrangements for six people. You can request fish food -- fun for kids to take to the dock and watch the fish come over for a meal. Very private, yet still close to the lovely sandy white beaches of South Walton County (approximately 20 minute drive). Or take a drive to visit the E.O.Wilson Biophilia Center, historic Eden Gardens State Park, or Alaqua Animal Refuge. There are several golf courses, scuba diving, horseback riding, and fishing charter opportunities -- all of which can be done as a day trip. Other recommendations and entertainment ideas can be provided upon request. Please review house rules regarding pets. There is a $50 fee for animals brought on the property.
