It is bright, very tastefully furnished and has a very small but beautiful, complete warm-up kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen utensils are often of very high-quality design. Especially the Versace tableware. There is a small bathroom with a cosy bathtub. You are just as fast in the mountains as in the beautiful city of Munich. It is only a 7-minute walk to the lake and the beach. Enjoy the wonderful sunset on the large terrace and let the sailboats pass you by. The wall bed in the living room can be folded away during the day, completely invisible. It measures 1.60m x 1.93m, consisting of two mattresses. Bed linen and towel/shower towel are available. The cabinet is 0.50m wide. The mattresses (May 2020) are very comfortable. Otherwise, the apartment is obviously used by the landlady herself. The advantage is that everything is available and can also be used. The windowless small kitchen has pantry size and is more intended for smaller preparations:) For your coffee preparation, the very classic filter coffee machine, an espresso machine (for loose espresso powder) and a French press (for coarsely ground coffee) are available:) At the request of the guests, interior blinds have now been installed:) An electric heating system typical of the construction period of these holiday apartments works via night storage. It charges completely silently at night. It is the latest device. The refrigerator works very well at the lowest level. Feel at home - that would make me most happy!
