The patio runs the full length at the rear of the holiday property and the garden bank leads to the riverside footpath, which goes to the centre of Stratford (about 2 miles), with its churches, historic buildings, theatres, restaurants, shops and sports centre. Stratford racecourse is 1/2 mile from the house. Nearby is the Vale of Evesham and the Cotswolds with their delightful towns and villages, and Warwick with its magnificent castle and racecourse.
