Light and Spacious guest apartment located separate from main house. Enjoy the Spa Pool for your exclusive use, watch the sunset or stargaze. The landscaped swimming pool is a great spot to cool off in summer. Fast Broadband Wi Fi is provided if you need to keep in touch. We live onsite but your accommodation is independent from the main dwelling. We don't charge extra for cleaning, linen. Just relax and enjoy The space The apartment is located above a freestanding garage with a view out to the bay and boulder bank. The apartment is set up with a super king bed tucked around the corner of the living area open plan studio style and a separate bedroom with x2 single beds (Now with the option of having the beds zipped together to form a King Bed, by prior request only) . The property enjoys an amazing elevated vista with dramatic sunsets often on offer. Wi Fi is available and a Smart TV for all your favorite shows (Netflix, Neon, TVNZ on demand). Enjoy the Spa year round for your exclusive use. The pool is available in summer. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the Spa Pool anytime they wish. The salt water Swimming pool is available between 10am and 6pm in the summer months or if you are into polar plunge outside this time by arrangement. The laundry can be made available on request for access to a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note The apartment is set up studio style for the super king bed. The 2 single beds are in a separate bedroom. Best suited for a couple or family. Otherwise if you don't mind the open bedroom/living area set up and needing to walk past the super king bed to access the toilet and shower.
