Approx. 90 m ³ 2 bedrooms The semi-detached house is located on the Timmeler Meer on a side canal Out of the living area you have direct access to the shore and direct access to the water. You can walk to the beach in no time You can store your bikes in the lockable cabin Electricity,gas,water and Wi-Fi are incl. The space On the ground floor there is the hallway with wardrobe as well as a toilet with shower. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee maker and complete dishes. The living-dining room is equipped with TV, music system, sofa, seating group for 4 people. From the living area you have direct access to the shore and direct access to the water Two bedrooms are at top one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. For infants, a crib and high chair are available. The bathroom is also on the first floor and equipped with shower bath, toilet,sink and washing machine. Bed linen can be booked for 6,00 EUR / person and a towel package for 3,00 EUR / person.
