The cottage offers a view of the village and is located on a quiet street with little traffic, conducive to a relaxing stay. You will enjoy its living room with sofas, equipped with a fireplace, a TV with DVD player, and a very large DVD library. There are also many board games available for enjoying good times with family or friends, as well as books. The living room opens onto the kitchen through an opening, which allows you to spend convivial moments over an aperitif while cooking. The gîte has two bedrooms: - first bedroom with a double four-poster bed (140 × 190) and a single bed (90 × 190); - a second bedroom equipped with four single bunk beds, ideal for children or groups. You will also enjoy a St. Tropez-style terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. It is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue for grilling, so you can enjoy the outdoors, as well as a deck chair. The gite has free Wi-Fi access and fiber optics, which is great if you want to work remotely during your stay. The mobile phone network is generally better near the window of the children's room, but depending on the operator, it also works throughout the house. You can also make calls via Wi-Fi (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.). You can stop in front of the cottage to unload your luggage, then park your vehicle in the municipal parking lot located a one-minute walk away. The rental is located on the first and second floor of a village house. Practical information for groups: The water heater holds 200 liters but heats water continuously throughout the day, so if there are 7 of you, you will need to spread out your showers over the day. There's only one bathroom with toilet. We are flexible about your arrival time, but if the cottage is rented just before you, it may not be ready until 3 pm at the latest.
