Gite de la Cougarde is located in the small village of Mouthoumet, on the GR36. The view from the windows is on the village. The street is quiet and not very busy. You can stop in front of the cottage while unloading your luggage and then park at the communal car park located 1 minute walk away. Access is from the back of the house. The cottage is very bright and spacious. The internet access is free. A very large DVD library is also available, as well as many board games. The mobile phone passes better near the window in the children's room. You also have the option of calling via WiFi (Watsapp, Messenger). Our concern is your complete satisfaction, if you prefer a secluded cottage in the middle of nature, outside the village, we advise you to prioritize the cottage Le Carcassès. Laurent. Practical information: Please bring your linens (140 and 90) and towels. If it's not possible, you can rent them (please let us know beforehand). Price for pets: 14€/pet/stay. Booking from Saturday to Saturday in season. It is possible to arrive on the day at your convenience outside high season. IMPORTANT: we do not ask for cleaning fees, so the cottage must be left clean and tidy when you leave (empty garbage cans, empty dishwasher...) A deposit check of 60€ will be requested for the cleaning. To this day, we have never kept a security deposit. Convenient information for groups: The cumulus is 200 liters but continuously heats up all day, so if you come to 9 people, you will have to spread out the showers over the day. There is only one bathroom with WC. Guest access Guests have private access to the rental, by 7 steps in the back of the house. The rental is located on the first and second floor of a village house. Other things to note Please bring your own linens and towels. If needed, they can be rented. The view from the windows is of the village. The street is very quiet. We are flexible for your arrival time, but in case of rental just before you, it is possible that the cottage is only ready at 3pm or 4pm maximum. But, in general, it's possible to check in earlier.
