The home has a living room as well as a dining/fireplace room which are connected through the open floor plan. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The living room is equipped with a 55 SMART TV. The other connected room has a large dining room table and leather chairs to sit near the warming gas fireplace. The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. The home is set up to create the feeling that it is your home away from home, as opposed to you trying to fit into staying into someone else's home. The house has a spacious shaded backyard with plenty of seating area and a BBQ. The backyard is perfect for relaxation and soaking in the sun and to let the kids (or adults) run around in the grass. There is available garage parking that allows your car to stay out of the variable Fresno weather. There is also a new washer and dryer available for your use that can be found in the garage. NEW powerful HVAC system and smart thermostat. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole home and backyard with the exception of one locked closet. Guests will be allowed to park in the garage upon request. Other things to note Please ask prior to your stay about pets. I am very reasonable, just ask if you have any special requests or needs. Please note that charging electric vehicles is not allowed at the home, unless approved by the owner. This is subject to an additional fee.
