Our 100 year old cottage has been completely and lovingly refurbished to a warm and inviting retreat, no expense spared. An inviting space that should appeal to all tastes. Contemporary and high spec linens and furnishings throughout. Easy access to Christchurch City and surrounds. Excellent neighbouring suburbs with full amenities. Normal conveniences a short stroll away and bus stop at your door step. The space We have additional master suites on the property available if you are travelling in a group. Please refer to our other listings to view availability. On booking please indicate an arrival time and the bedrooms you wish to utilise. Unless indicated, bookings of 2 people will be provided a king size bedroom and use of the main bathroom or can choose the bedroom with attached ensuite. Please Note: Bedrooms are allocated and made available in the following way. 1-2 persons, 1 Bedroom and Bathroom 2-3 persons, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms 4-5 Persons, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms If you require separate bedrooms please adjust your guest numbers to suit. We have zero party stance. We live in a quiet residential suburb. If you are discovered as using the house as a party venue you will be removed immediately with no refund. Guest access Your space is entirely self contained with living areas, dining spaces, large kitchen with high spec appliances and walk in pantry/scullery. The master bedroom suite has its own luxurious ensuite bathroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms are appointed with large king beds and quality linens and clothing storage. Bedroom 3 offers french doors leading onto the large outdoor living space. All rooms are cosy, light and airy. The main bathroom is well sized with floor to ceiling tiling and complete with shower, vanity and toilet. We offer bathroom towelling and a selection of body and hair products. Hair dryers, straighteners and other amenities available. Breakfast, teas, coffees and milk are well provided for. Netflix and NZ On Demand TV services are also available for your use. Outdoor areas are designed for relaxing and dining outside with fantastic indoor outdoor flow. You have entire use of the 3 bedroom house, please note 2 additional separate suites are on the property. Outdoor areas also offer plenty of privacy to your own space.
