Lake Travis waterfront with pool. This 7 bdrm Rustic Hill Country style home offers guests multiple areas to gather inside & out. From the large great room views of the lake to the secluded 50 ft long salt water pool to the circular patio under the 100 year oak to water side at the dock-this home has alot to offer small & large groups. Just min. to shopping, 20-25 min. to DT Austin but offers the feel of being out in the Hill Country far away from it all.(Check lake levels if this is important) The space There is a play set for the little ones- semi flat grassy areas for play or relaxing in one of the hammocks. The lake has a gentle slope into the water and fishing is very good. Area boat rentals are near-by. The house is shaped like an H - five bedrooms on the left and two bedrooms on the right. Two coffee pots in the kitchen - two toasters- blender and full sets of pots and pans and enough dishes to serve 25 people. (but I suggest people bring paper plates so no one is left in the kitchen doing dishes) There are tables outside for dining and inside there is a long pine table and a older oak table with leaves for additional guests. There is a children's table for games and eating as well. WIFI and bluetooth for the two tower speakers in the entrance area. Lake Travis is a reservoir which means lake levels go up and down Please confirm lake levels -LAKE IS BACK Guest access The full property is yours - nothing shared. Property is private from neighbors. Other things to note Sleeps 20 in beds plus there are two built-in bunks in two of the Queen bedrooms for the kiddos. Saltillo tile floors and stained concrete floors - 5 quality leather couches- loads of windows - wildflowers when in season . Sometimes there are canoe's on property and paddle boat
