A private, lovely furnished space. Ocean heard from the bedrooms. Beach is a close walk to a patrolled area. Close to ramps for boating, bike tracks or hiking tracks. Golf Club, pubs and clubs for eating short distance away. Upstairs, double bed/ ensuite, sitting/TV room, balcony. Theres 14 stairs to climb, be mindful please before booking. Downstairs: 2 single beds, dining/kitchenette, with modern electric appliance, shower/toilet. Suits a couple & two children, kids 8 and over thanks The space Accomodation is private and relaxing place to get away, unwind and be refreshed. Enjoy a beautiful private garden area with shade sails for protection. Enjoy having a BQ here in the quietness of the evening. You have your own entrance to property through double gates. We live in the front section of property, when here. We like to greet you on arrival, if you’re happy with that. Other wise we have no or little contact. We do have two Golden retriever dogs, but they are quiet and guests have no contact with them. Our cottage is fenced off and totally separate with a different entrance. We are Contactable via phone if there’s a need for anything or other reason. Please read the House Rules and upon arrival, and follow them. They’re important and helpful for you as guests and us as hosts. THANK YOU have a brilliant time. Inside: The accomodation is kept as new, double bedroom with ensuite, and lounge room to relax in, upstairs. Sit on the upstairs deck with wine and platter and listen to the ocean. Fans and aircon installed for comfort! . TV available for entertainment with some board games. Down stairs: No fuss kitchenette with modern electric appliances for cooking, microwave/oven, double electric hot plates with new pans, & saucepans. Electric frypan for cooking a roast or stirfry. Relax out doors: There’s a lovely garden area with a Webber BQ, to cook a breakfast on or have an evening meal. Sit under the shade sail area at the outdoor table and chairs. Enjoy each other with the ocean sound over a lovely meal. And listen to the native birds singing in your own private garden. Take an evening walk on the beach with a wine in hand and watch the sun set or go for an early stroll across to the track with a coffee in hand and watch the sun rise from the magnificent 9 K beach! So many choices 😃 plenty of Restraunt’s close by for dining out. A local is the Orana Hotel just a few blocks in walking distance away. What ever you choose to do You will leave stress free and refreshed ! 🥳 Guest access You have your on access to the property through a set of double gates. Off street parking is just outside these gates. We live on the property too but have a separate entrance for privacy. For convenience. There’s a locked key box where you leave the key when coming and going ! So sit and enjoy the peaceful surrounds with a drink in the garden or on the deck upstairs as you unwind. If there’s any issues you can text or call us for any assistance . Other things to note This is a very quiet neighbourhood, with great people around who are respectful of each other privacy. For this reason there are no parties allowed. No smoking on property. You can just outside double gates and place butts in the bins provided. Off street parking available just outside gates , bikes or beach gear can be stored safely inside double gates on the property. We provide an umbrella for a shelter on the beach, with a trolly to take things across to the beach.
