The space This beautiful Carmen, located in the upper part of Albaicín and in an area accessible by car, has a 450m2 main house for 8 people, an 80m2 guest house for 4 people (only for groups of more than 9 people), and a lush private garden of 1070m2 with a 10 x 5 m swimming pool. On the ground floor, the main house has a huge living room with a fireplace and dining area with a table for 10 people, a kitchen with a lot of charm and a toilet, as well as a large hall. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with beautiful views, a living area with a fireplace, a 55” TV, and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower; a double bedroom with a full bathroom, which is also accessed from the hallway; and another double bedroom (library). The second floor consists of a tower with spectacular views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. Here you will find a glazed living room and a large rooftop. The guest house has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom on the ground floor, and a living room with a sofa bed on the first floor. Here you will also find the sauna, for 2 people. The guest house remains closed for groups of fewer than 9 people. In the garden there is all kinds of furniture to relax, as well as a table where 8 people can eat, and another for 4 people.
